Nidhi and Pavan
Nidhi and Pavan had a typical arranged marriage, with their parents introducing them. They met a few times with their respective families, after which they started going out together as well as with their friends. And just like that, these two clicked and decided to say yes. For Nidhi and Pavan, the wedding festivities were fun, but super hectic. After all, they had 13 functions. Yes, that’s right, from their engagement in December up until their wedding at the end of April, Nidhi and Pavan had a whopping 13 functions which took around 9 to 10 months of preparations. Nidhi said the wedding process started in May of 2022 and went on for a whole year, but she thought it was super fun and loved every bit of it.
So, the engagement took place in December 2022 at The Leela Palace where Nidhi and Pavan invited their family, relatives and close friends. 4 months later, the wedding festivities started. The wedding functions started with the lagnam, followed by the bangle function, the haldi and then the mehendi. And finally, it was time for the most important day when Nidhi and Pavan are wed for life.
Well, can we just say that their painstaking months of planning really paid off! Each and every function was so detail oriented, so well planned and executed to perfection. From the unique décor to the beautiful flowers, from the choice of outfits to the choice of venue, from the beautiful backdrops to the fresh flowers, everything about the functions was just amazing. While Nidhi and Pavan may have been introduced by their parents, it seemed as though they have been together forever; these two could not keep their eyes off each other, sharing love-filled glimpses and walking hand-in-hand.
Well, after the functions were over we sent the final photographs and wedding albums to Nidhi and Pavan and we got the sweetest message from the couple. She said, “Lightbucket Productions was suggested by one of my relatives and I am so glad I listened. I loved everything about the photographs; from the ones in the album to the ones that were posted on Instagram. From the editing to the composition and especially the framed portraits, I loved it all. It was everything that I imagined, and more. A big shout-out to Karthik and his team for doing such a great job. Your team made us feel so comfortable and you were all so much fun to work with.”
